IELTS TEST REGISTRATION
Candidates are required to download the application form from the IELTS official website. Registration has to be completed at least 2 weeks before the test date. Candidates are required to submit 2 most recent passport size photos, a copy of their passport (photo page), details of previous appearances and the proper payment along with their registration form.
Registration can be made through mail or in person. While registering in person the candidate should take along their original as well as photo copy of their passport or some kind of proof for identification, 2 passport size photos and the IELTS fees payable in cash or by credit card along wit the filled in application.
While registering through post the candidates should follow the same formalities as required to register in person except for the payment of registration fee. The fee has to be paid through a bank check or personal check along with the information of the candidates personal taxation number/?F?), payable to the British Council

It is not possible to register through phone and incomplete registration forms or forms having false details or forms submitted without the full registration fee will be rejected. Since the seats for the test takers are limited the candidates who apply early have a better chance of getting registered. There should be a gap of three months between attempts to retake the test. It is not possible for candidates below the age of 16 to tae the IELTS test. The candidates are allowed to send their scores to 5 different colleges of their choice. The correct address of the colleges the students wish their scores to be sent should be mentioned on the registration form during submission.
