NCLEX Test Fee
The registration fee of 200$ has to be submitted along with the filled in application form. An additional charge would be levied on the student to avail the licensure required by the board of nursing in the jurisdiction in which the student is applying. Information on these additional charges are available at the respective state’s board of nursing. An additional charge of $150 plus a Value Added Tax has to be paid by the students availing the NCLEX examination through an international test center.
The students wishing to reschedule there appointment date, time or location can do so by visiting the NCLEX Candidate Web site (www.pearsonvue.com/nclex) or calling the NCLEX Candidate Services at least one full business day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled appointment.
Students registered at international test centers will have to call and reschedule their appointments with the international scheduling group. It is possible for the students to reschedule from one international test center to another international test center without forfeiting their $150 international scheduling fee. But the exam fee of 150$ will not be refunded for a re-schedule to a test center within the United States or its territories. If the student having an appointment at one of the test centers in the U.S. or its territories test centers chooses to re-schedule to an international test center a non-refundable $150 international scheduling fee along with the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged to the student. Candidates, who have received special accommodations are required to ask for the NCLEX Accommodations Coordinator in order to change their appointment.
Students who fail to resent themselves on the date of the exam or fails to reschedule/unscheduled without the appropriate notice (and international scheduling fee if applicable) will not receive any refund of the exam fee and their ATT will be invalidated. The student will have to re-register and re-pay the examination fee of $200 if he plans to tae the test. A candidates’ failure to take their examination will be reported to the board of nursing where they have applied for licensure.
